TOT SHABBAT -- Celebrate Shabbat!
A FREE program run by an accredited teacher designed for children ages 2-5 years old, with siblings and children of all ages welcome.
Celebrate Shabbat through this fun and interactive service with songs, story time, an activity or craft (Shabbat friendly of course!), and a kiddie kiddush.
This week at Tot Shabbat we will be learning about and celebrating Shabbat itself! We'll read a wonderful children's story about all of the fun and exciting traditions of Shabbat, sing upbeat Shabbat themed songs, create our own Shabbat pretend candles, challah, and spice box, and then enjoy a delicious challah and grape juice mini kiddush.
Kiddush with the congregation to follow!

If you need any proof of this, just askErnie from Sesame Street. The smile that lights up on a child's face as their little toy floats on this incredible source of life substance we call "water" is priceless. In fact, it is probably the echo of this joy that inspired the popularity of Rubber Duck Race fundraisers like ours on Sunday beginning around 3 pm at the YMCA of Raritan Bay (357 New Brunswick Avenue). Rubber Ducks and water just go really well together. We'll[...]
